W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, CO, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to Vergent, LLC in connection with its sale to Meriplex Communications Ltd., a portfolio company of Clairvest Group Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
