W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to Schrader Oil Co. (“Schrader Oil” or the “Company”) in its sale to Mini Mart, Inc., a company owned by EG Group.
Founded in 1937 by the Schrader family, Schrader Oil is comprised of 18 convenience stores offering fuel and grocery options in and around Fort Collins, CO.
