W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm in Denver, CO, acted as an advisor to Woodhouse Auto Family in their sale of Porsche Omaha to Hanania Automotive Group.
Per Jason Pittack, CEO of Woodhouse, “We acquired Porsche Omaha in 2005, and it has grown wonderfully over the past 20+ years. We are excited for the Hanania team to grow their Porsche footprint. We enjoyed working with Jack and his team during this transaction, and we know the dealership is in good hands.”
For Hanania Automotive Group, this expands its dealership count to 18, including its second Porsche franchise. Per Jack Hanania, CEO, “We are excited to add Porsche Omaha to our platform. We appreciate what Woodhouse has built over the last 20 years; it’s been a true pleasure working with them on this transaction.”
Wayne Nielsen, Greg Karsh, and John Woodberry of the W.G. Nielsen Automotive Team led this transaction. According to Wayne Nielsen, “This is another example of increasing opportunities within the retail automotive sector. We continue to see a significant amount of automotive transactions throughout the U.S. Our activity certainly picked up at the end of 2025, and more so in the first half of 2026, as dealer principals navigated through a vacillating 2025 with tariffs and other challenges. We are working closely with clients, both on the buy and sell side, as they navigate through these times of uncertainty.”
