Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. OrbitCom, Inc., based in Sioux Falls, SD, is a premier voice and data services company serving business customers principally in the 14 state Qwest/CenturyLink territory. Following the closing, OrbitCom, Inc. will continue to maintain its data business in the northwest United States.
