W.G. Nielsen & Co. is excited to announce the sale of five dealerships representing nine brands in New Hampshire
W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm in Denver, CO, acted as an advisor to Summit Automotive Partners in the sale of its five Berlin City dealerships in Gorham, New Hampshire to an affiliate of EcoDrive. In total, the five dealerships represented nine brands: Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Nissan, Chevrolet and GMC.
Per Alex Gillett, CEO of Summit, “We are excited for Arthur and EcoDrive to have the opportunity to grow their footprint into New Hampshire with these wonderful franchises.”
For Artem (Arthur) Boguslavskiy, owner of EcoDrive, this expands EcoDrive’s dealerships to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire.

Nielsen & Co., believes this is another example of increasing opportunities within the retail automotive sector. “We continue to see a significant amount of automotive transactions throughout the U.S. Our activity certainly picked at the end of 2025, and more so in early 2026, as dealer principals navigated through a vacillating 2025 with tariffs and other challenges.
