Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to ComSouth Tellular, Inc. of Hawkinsville, GA in the sale of two wireless licenses to AT&T MOBILITY SPECTRUM, LLC. The licenses include the Lower C Block 700 MHz licenses for Macon, GA (CMA 138) and GA10 (CMA380).
ComSouth Tellular is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ComSouth Communications, a telecommunications provider serving customers in and around Hawkinsville, GA.
