W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to Aero Precision (“Aero”) and Ballistic Advantage (“BA”) in a sale and subsequent recapitalization to an undisclosed investment syndicate.
