Urban Peak

Ron serves as Chairman-elect and is on the Board of Trustees of Urban Peak. Urban Peak offers a full array of supportive services for high-risk youth, including among other things, health services, street outreach, a 40-bed overnight shelter, and job placement. Ron is also a mentor with CTEK, a community-based business catalyst helping entrepreneurs with innovative technologies to develop and grow profitable, sustainable businesses.

Richard L. Millett, Jr.: Boy Scouts of America, Leadership Cherry Creek

Richard Millett

Richard is actively involved in senior ecclesiastical roles in his church and in roles with the Boy Scouts of America. Richard is currently participating in Leadership Cherry Creek, with the Cherry Creek School District. He has previously served on the BYU Law School Alumni Board and on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Chapter of the BYU Management Society.

W. Blake Nielsen: Los Conucos Scholarship Fund, Bridge Project

Blake Nielsen

Blake is one of the founders of the Los Conucos Scholarship Fund, a 501(c) (3) organization designed to help underprivileged students from the Dominican Republic attend college. He is also a math and science tutor for the Bridge Project. The Bridge Project's mission is to provide educational opportunities for children living in Denver's public housing neighborhoods so they graduate from high school and attend college or learn a trade.

Wayne G. Nielsen: The Denver Hospice, Volunteers of America

The Denver Hospice

Wayne believes in community involvement. He is currently the Chairman of the Finance Committee and Vice Chairman of the Board of The Denver Hospice and volunteers for Volunteers of America. Wayne has previously served on many boards in various capacities, including as President of the Colorado Municipal Bond Dealers Association, Vice Chairman of Warren Village, President of the Colorado Children's Chorale, Trustee of Porter Hospital, and Treasurer of Central City Opera.

Loan T. Vo: I Have a Dream Foundation, Denver Film Society, Tennis with the Stars

Dream Foundation

Involved in many areas of Denver's philanthropic community, Ms. Vo's charitable work includes serving on the Board of Coalition for the Homeless, serving on the Board of Directors for Colorado's I Have a Dream Foundation, and Havana Nights for the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center. Additionally, she serves on the Capital Cabinet Campaign for the Denver Film Society, as well as the Chairman and Founder of Tennis with the Stars Tournament. Ms. Vo is also a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Denver Class of 2010.
