Wayne Nielsen

Mr. Nielsen has more than 30 years of banking experience. Prior to founding W. G. Nielsen & Co., Mr. Nielsen was an Executive Vice President at Kirkpatrick Pettis, the investment banking subsidiary of Mutual of Omaha, and a Vice President and Manager of United Bank of Denver's investment banking operations. Mr. Nielsen was the national manager in charge of Kirkpatrick Pettis' public finance activities. He founded Kirkpatrick Pettis' Rocky Mountain investment banking operation and managed all its regional business including: public and corporate finance, retail sales, institutional sales and trading as well as its money management services.

Mr. Nielsen holds a BA in Communications from Pacific Union College and an MA in Business Administration from Webster University.

Ron Barber

Mr. Barber joined W.G. Nielsen & Co. in August 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barber was a Partner in The Hauck Group, a consulting firm specializing in profit improvement, growth opportunities and capitalization for companies in transition. Before joining The Hauck Group, Mr. Barber served as CEO of Corybant, Inc., a company which develops software tools (middleware) for wireless devices. Previous to Corybant, Mr. Barber served as Executive Vice President of Sales and International Operations for TomTec Imaging Systems, a manufacturer of medical imaging and information management systems. In addition, Mr. Barber has extensive experience in building companies worldwide sales and marketing organizations as well as hands-on experience in the biomedical and medical laboratory fields.

Mr. Barber received his MT in Pathology from Bethesda Memorial Hospital/Florida Atlantic University and is an active member of the CTEK Advisors, the Colorado Medical Device Association, the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and the Internet Chamber of Commerce.

Craig Davis

Mr. Davis joined W.G. Nielsen & Co. in 2000. Mr. Davis began his career in 1982 working with various brokerage firms in Chicago. His experience includes private debt and equity transactions, as well as corporate debt, asset-backed security and mortgage-backed security financing structures. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Davis and Mr. Nielsen began their working relationship together in 1990 at United Bank of Denver. They continued this relationship at Kirkpatrick, Pettis in Denver with Davis reporting to Nielsen within the institutional fixed income sales and trading group.

Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Illinois, Chicago with a BS in Finance in 1982. Prior to college, Mr. Davis served honorably with the United States Army's 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division.

Ray Hernandez

Ray Hernandez joined W.G. Nielsen & Co. in September, 2011 and has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience. He oversees the firm's efforts in telecommunications, data networking and information technology. Prior to joining WGN, Hernandez was a Managing Director at JANCO Partners Inc. in Denver, CO, and Roth Capital Partners, LLC in Los Angeles, CA. Before that he founded an IP telephony business focused on the SMB market. Also, Mr. Hernandez has served as a Vice President in the Corporate Development group at Covad Communications, a nationwide broadband access and network services company. Before he began his investment banking career in 1990 with Falkenberg Capital Corporation, Mr. Hernandez was a cable television entrepreneur and also served as Director of Acquisitions for Tele-Communications, Inc., formerly the nation's largest cable television company. He began his career as a tax and corporate attorney in Denver, CO.

Mr. Hernandez is a graduate of the University of Colorado and Harvard Law School. He holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Paul Jerde

Mr. Jerde became a Consultant to W.G. Nielsen & Co. in December 2008. He is the Executive Director of the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Leeds School of Business. He serves on the Advisory Board of CU's Technology Transfer Office and is a member of the Energy Institute Leadership Council for RASEI, the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute, a partnership between CU Boulder and NREL, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Mr. Jerde co-founded Corboy and Jerde, LLC, and has been CEO of a number of technology businesses spanning e-commerce, biotech, medical devices and software.

Mr. Jerde received his A. B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the College of Business and Administration (now the Leeds School of Business) at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Richard Millett

Mr. Millett joined W.G. Nielsen & Co. in December 2010 and has over 22 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and in private and public company financings. Many of his transactions have been in connection buildups of platform companies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Millett was the Chief Financial Officer of Office Source, Inc. where he acquired five regional companies to form a national office furniture wholesale company of $125 million in revenues. Preceding Office Source, Inc., Mr. Millett served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Corporate Development of Corporate Express, Inc., where he was responsible for approximately 185 acquisitions completed in six years, both public and private, including 73 international acquisitions. Mr. Millett also practiced law at Davis, Graham & Stubbs, one of Denver's largest and oldest law firms, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities and finance, and general corporate law.

Mr. Millett received his J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, Cum Laude in 1988 and received his B.S. in Accounting, from Brigham Young University in 1985. Mr. Millett is also a former Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Nash joined W.G. Nielsen & Co. in November 2007 and has an extensive background in real estate and automotive finance, acquisitions and dispositions. He has been directly involved in commercial real estate properties and portfolios in excess of $1.5 billion in aggregate value. Mr. Nash has held positions as a General Partner with Boettcher & Co., a Denver based regional investment banking firm as head of its public limited partnership program, Senior Vice President of Kemper Securities, the successor to Boettcher, as head of its real estate department and Vice President of Capmark Finance Inc. (formerly GMAC Commercial Holdings Capital Corp.) in its structured finance and New Market Tax Credit Finance groups.

Mr. Nash holds an AB degree from Bowdoin College, a Bachelor of International Management from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and a JD degree from Georgetown University Law School.

Blake Nielsen

Mr. Nielsen joined W. G. Nielsen & Co. in March 2005. Mr. Nielsen specializes in financial modeling and capital structure planning for various merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to W.G. Nielsen & Co, Mr. Nielsen worked as a legal intern at the Colorado Attorney General's office. Before working at the Attorney General's office, Mr. Nielsen served as the Office Services Manager for Shughart Thomson & Kilroy.

Mr. Nielsen received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Occidental College and received his Masters in Finance from the University of Denver.

Ms. Vo joined W. G. Nielsen & Co. in May 2011 and has an extensive background in financial and entrepreneurial experiences. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Vo was Vice President at LJS Capital LLC, an investment banking firm located in Boulder, CO. She worked with Oil and Gas clients on capital raises and M&A transactions. Preceding LJS Capital, Ms. Vo gained expertise in financial services at both Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor. Ms. Vo has worked with a variety entrepreneurial start-up companies. Her work includes real estate acquisitions, licensing, contract negotiations and marketing.

Ms. Vo received a BS in Biology from the University of Denver and received her MBA from the Daniels College of Business at DU.
