Bonfils Blood Center Completes Sale of its Laboratory with Allosource in Deal Negotiated by W. G. Nielsen & Co.
DENVER, November 30, 2007 -- W. G. Nielsen & Co., a leading Denver-based investment banking firm, today announced that it has negotiated the sale of the tissue testing division of Bonfils Blood Center known as Laboratory at Bonfils. Terms of the multi-million dollar deal were not disclosed.
“This transaction was largely about keeping a well-needed community asset in Denver while allowing Bonfils to focus on accommodating the blood needs of the Rocky Mountain region.
