William G. Nash Joins W.G. Nielsen & Co.

DENVER – Nov. 17, 2007 – W. G. Nielsen & Co. is pleased to have William G. Nash join the Company as Director of Real Estate. W.G. Nielsen & Co., the Rocky Mountain region’s largest independently owned investment banking firm, specializes in negotiating mergers and acquisitions and structuring creative financing solutions for privately held businesses and small-cap public companies. Mr. Nash brings an extensive background in real estate acquisitions and dispositions as well as finance and management. Mr. Nash was a General Partner with Boettcher & Co., a Denver based regional investment banking firm as head of its public limited partnership program. His former positions included Senior Vice President of Kemper Securities, the successor to Boettcher, as head of its real estate department and Vice President of Capmark Finance Inc. (formerly GMAC Commercial Holdings Capital Corp.) in its Structured Finance and New Market Tax Credit Finance groups.
