Pipeline Industries Inc. Completed a Debt Recapitalization with Vectra Bank in Deal Negotiated by W. G. Nielsen & Co.

DENVER, December 5, 2007 -- W. G. Nielsen & Co., a leading Denver-based investment banking firm, today announced that it has negotiated a debt recapitalization and a revolving line of credit on behalf of Pipeline Industries, Inc. Terms of the multi-million dollar deal were not disclosed.
